    Plain English version: We only collect your details when you contact us or request a quote. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for marketing, and we only use it to get back to you about your job.

What information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly, which may include:

Your name, phone number and email address
Your property address (for quote purposes)
Details about the work you're requesting
Photos or videos you choose to send us

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics tools on this website. We do not collect any information automatically.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

Respond to your quote request or enquiry
Contact you about work we've agreed to carry out
Send you an invoice or follow up on completed work

We will never use your details for marketing, add you to a mailing list, or pass your information to any third party for commercial purposes.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your information stays with Lee and Andrew only.

The only exception would be if we were legally required to disclose information — for example, by a court order. We would always tell you if this happened unless prohibited by law.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and quote information for up to 12 months in case you get back in touch. Completed job records (including your address and contact details) may be kept for up to 6 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, as required under UK law.

How we store your data

Enquiries submitted via this website are received by email and stored in our email inbox. We use standard email security. Photos sent via WhatsApp are stored on our phones.

We do not use a CRM, marketing platform, or any third-party data storage service.

Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate information
Deletion — ask us to delete your information ("right to be forgotten")
Restriction — ask us to stop using your data while a dispute is resolved

Complaints

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't notify you by email unless the change directly affects how we use your existing data.
